Project: Remodel a Kitchen
"Watching Chris's carpentry skills as he transformed our 75 year old kitchen was amazing. To say nothing of the modification of the errors made by the cabinet factory showed the ingenuity and the talent that this gentleman has. Not only was he able to customize a too large stove hood that I purchased, but he was able to create a beautiful, magnificent hood that fits in perfectly to the contours of the existing roof line and support beam of our house. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, between the extra steps he takes in installing the cabinets and the best of materials he uses, to the finishing touches of adjusting all the closures on the doors. I know that i would not have found the perfection and workmanship that Chris provided in anyone else. He was easy to work with, always cheerful, and had a solution for a few of the problems that arose from a 75 year old house. I would highly recommend London Construction for any remodeling job, or any custom work that you may need. WOW...what a fantastic job!!"

"London Construction are total professionals - from the first project inquiry through to final installation. Chris' meticulous attention to detail, precise craftsmanship and great eye for the best utilization of a space while meeting the client's needs is most appreciated. The custom vanity that he built and finished for our master bathroom is simply stunning. (Note: have him finish your pieces, his painter is outstanding) Chris knows how to truly collaborate with, not simply provide service to, his clients. We recommend him without hesitation."

Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
"Chris was recommended by a neighbor and I couldn't be more grateful. We had wood (vs Azek) trim on our house when some rot started to occur. Not only did Chris replace the wood, he redesigned my window dormers to better compliment the aesthetic appearance of our home. He also replaced window trim and our decorative corners as well. Our window dormers are now the focal point of the house. Chris' work is perfection.

London Construction underpromised and overdelivered. Chris came highly recommended to design and build our living room built-ins. I'm here to pass along that recommendation. His taste, craftsmanship, and attention to detail is superb. He took the time to hear out our needs, make recommendations, and design and build a piece that looks stunning. He uses only the best materials and doesn't cut corners. He delivered on schedule and on budget . I wouldn't hesitate to hire London again, and I plan to have him do additional work on our house soon.

Scope of Work: 3 Rooms - Custom Built-Ins and Trim work. If you are looking for top quality finish work then you found it! We had a great experience with London Construction (LC) with three separate rooms in our house. They designed and constructed custom built-in tv/,media cabinets, storage cabinets and drawers, shiplap wainscoting, baseboards, and crown molding for our family room, den, and laundry room. The price was not only in-line with 3 other contractors that I had quoted, but the materials selected for the job were of better quality and the precision of the job was of no comparison. LC makes certain that you have QUALITY built-ins that are functional and match your style/taste. LC is meticulous in the details of their work! London Construction does exactly what they say they will do, they turn up on time - every time, they worked with us at every step of the construction process and always kept us informed of their progress. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none, they take great pride in their work and as a homeowner we were happy to see that they left the job site clean and tidy at the end of each day. Any changes to the job were well documented prior to the changes being implemented, there were no "hidden" changes to the scope of work and pricing was always agreed. Our project came in on time and on budget - very happy and would highly recommend.

Chris took the time to get to know us, and understand our needs, he managed our expectations throughout the project of two bathroom renovations and other significant structural changes that were all completed with minimal disruption.
The results speak for themselves.... a major renovation completed ahead of schedule, on budget and to our specifications.
Chris and his team showed up when they said they would, and met the project milestones all along. Chris was also great to consult with on critical design elements, his custom carpentry and finishes are top quality.
